Feeling upset about her weight and finding it difficult to find clothes to wear on a night out, Tara was prompted to join Motivation after hearing about the success of the Programme on the Late Late Show. She found the healthy eating plans easy to follow and really enjoyed the positivity of the CDs, books and weekly handouts.
