The Motivation Programme

If after your initial assessment you decide Motivation is right for you, then you are ready to commence our full Programme, which is carefully tailored to meet your individual requirements and needs.

To help you understand what’s involved, here’s a general overview of our Programme and how it will help you achieve your weight management goals.

First Private Consultation

We’ll find out WHY you eat. On this first visit (75 minutes), we’ll start to unravel the causes of your poor eating habits. By identifying your eating triggers, you can begin to deal with them.

We’ll create a healthy eating plan that suits you. Balanced, surprisingly tasty and designed to meet all your personal nutritional needs, your plan will never leave you feeling hungry or deprived.

We’ll agree your target weight. After completing your Body Composition Analysis we’ll agree an inital target weight for you to aim for.

We'll provide the motivational tools. You’ll be presented with a Starter Pack, which includes a healthy eating plan booklet, a food diary and motivational tools (Dr Larocque’s Motivational book, 2 CDs and weekly motivational handouts) to help you reach your target weight.

At the end of your first visit, you’ll have everything you need to start your life changing journey.

We'll start to unravel the causes of your poor eating habits.

Weekly Private Consultations

We’ll agree your weekly goals. We’ll review your previous week’s goals and motivational handouts and help keep you on course by agreeing new ones for the week ahead. Your adviser will help guide you throughout your Programme.

We’ll keep focusing on WHY you eat. We don’t expect perfection and know it takes time to change the habits of a lifetime. So if you slip you can count on us to help get you back on track. Slips are marvellous opportunities to improve.

We’ll ensure you are eating well. We’ll discuss how you are doing with your healthy eating plan and ensure you are getting everything you need and aren’t feeling hungry or deprived.

We’ll get you active. We’ll talk about how you can incorporate more physical activity into your day-to-day routine.

We’ll help you to help yourself. We’ll advise you on how you can empower yourself to overcome any emotional or other obstacles blocking your path to weight loss success.

  • Reviewing the Food Diary
  • Completing a Weigh-in/Body Composition Analysis (breakdown of fat, water and muscle percentages)
  • Techniques to increase motivation
  • Checking weekly handouts and goal setting
  • Review of motivational tools (book and cd)
  • Refer to Mental Weight evaluation and suggest appropriate action

How Much Does it Cost?

Programmes From As Little as € 4 Per Day!

The cost of your programme will obviously vary in line with the amount of weight you need to lose and how quickly you would like to lose it. We tailor our programme to you and to establish what exactly will best suit you we offer an initial assessment consultation which costs just €25.

During this assessment consultation (see below) we will be in a position to outline the best alternatives to help you achieve your weight loss goal, whilst fitting in with your lifestyle and affordability. Our basic programme of consultations starts from as little as €4 per day.
